Sex-Based Misconduct Complaints

Baruch College follows the tenets of Title IX, a federal civil rights law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in any school or education program that receives federal funding. We are committed to providing a safe and secure academic environment free of sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, and other forms of sexual misconduct. To report sex-based misconduct including sexual assault; stalking; domestic or dating violence; physical, cyber, or electronic stalking; and/or unwanted physical conduct of any sort; please follow the process outlined on the Baruch College Title IX website.
