    Freedom of Information Law (FOIL)

    Access to Public Records

    Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), members of the public may request access to records maintained by governmental agencies, such as CUNY. Such requests must be submitted in writing to the Baruch College Records Access Officer. Please be as specific as possible in describing the records you seek.

    Requests can be delivered in person (call 646-312-4545 to arrange delivery), mailed to Office of Legal Affairs, Baruch College/CUNY, Box C-312, One Bernard Baruch Way, New York, NY 10010, faxed to 646-660-6028, emailed to olga.dais@baruch.cuny.edu and/or sabina.pringle@baruch.cuny.edu or submitted electronically.
