    Multiple Position Reporting

The Multiple Position Report (MPR) must be submitted by all full-time faculty members including faculty members on leaves other than long-term disability, each semester. All full-time faculty are required to submit the Fall 2024 MPR form by Friday, August 30th, 2024.  Full-time faculty members who have no multiple position must complete, sign and submit Part A of the form to their department chair. Full-time faculty members who have activities beyond their regular full-time position must complete, sign and submit Part B of the form to their department chair.

The MPR requires the disclosure of compensated and uncompensated activities beyond regular full-time appointment (whether within CUNY or outside of CUNY). Activities governed by the University’s Multiple Position Policy may be undertaken only upon prior approval of your department chair and your department’s Executive Committee (referred to as Department P&B in the MPR form). To help you understand and comply with the Multiple Position mandate, please review the University’s Multiple Position Policy for details.

Procedure for submitting the MPR form

    1. Complete the fillable form and sign it electronically in either Part A (no activity) or Part B (activity). If you need assistance with software and electronic signatures, please see our web page on completing and signing digital forms. If you need additional assistance, please contact your school’s business manager.
    2. Send the completed form by email to your department chair by Friday, August 30th, 2024.
    3. After review by the department’s Executive Committee (referred to as Department P&B in the MPR form), the Chair (or the Chair’s designee) will forward your MPR to the Dean’s Office for review and signature.
    4. The Dean’s Office will forward properly completed Reports to the Office of Legal Affairs and Labor Relations. The Labor Designee will return improperly completed Reports to the Dean’s Offices.
    5. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the Multiple Position Form and Policy, you may contact olga.dais@baruch.cuny.edu and/or sabina.pringle@baruch.cuny.edu .
