The Office of Legal Affairs, Labor Relations, and Compliance provides a variety of legal services and support to the President, Baruch College officials, students, departments and offices of the College, and related entities.
Legal Affairs and Labor Relations
- The mission of the Office of Legal Affairs, Labor Relations, and Compliance is to support and protect Baruch College's faculty, staff and students from adverse legal, labor, and financial occurences. We ensure compliance with University bylaws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements, as well as with city, state and federal laws.
Title IX: Combating Sex-Based Misconduct
- Baruch College follows the tenets of Title IX, a federal civil rights law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in any school or education program that receives federal funding. We are committed to providing a safe and secure academic environment free of sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, and other forms of sexual misconduct.
