Update: Baruch’s Forum on 63 Madison Avenue

Dear Baruch College Faculty and Staff:

Thank you to those who attended Tuesday’s Forum on 63 Madison Avenue. During the informative session, we learned in greater detail about the remarkable progress in guiding the design, programming, and construction schedules to ensure the space will be ready for occupancy in Fall 2025.

To keep everyone updated and informed about this initiative, a “Baruch College Campus Expansion” SharePoint site has been created and is available here. The site will be updated as new information becomes available; when the BaruchHUB intranet is launched later this fall, this content will be linked there.

The “Baruch College Campus Expansion” site currently includes:

• General information about 63 Madison and Baruch’s plans for Campus Expansion
• A PowerPoint presentation shared at the October 8 event
• A video recording of the October 8 event
• An initial list of Frequently Asked Questions about 63 Madison
• Membership of the 63 Madison Working Group

Thank you for your input and partnership in this important project. This project is crucial for meeting one of the key priorities in Baruch’s Strategic Plan 2023-28, Optimize Operations and Infrastructure, and will help to lay the groundwork for Baruch’s continued growth and success.

They will continue to communicate with the campus community, providing updates regarding next steps and further engagements in support of this important initiative.
