Register Now: Strategic Plan Midpoint Addendum Town Hall

As part of our ongoing work together to advance the goals of our Strategic Plan 2023–28, Together, We Are Unstoppable, many of you have contributed to our Midpoint Review. I am grateful for the thoughtful participation of our community and pleased that we are now ready to share the results of that work.

In the coming days, you will receive a message from me containing two important documents:

Strategic Plan Year 3 Report to the Community
Strategic Plan 2023-28 Midpoint Addendum

Together, these reports provide an opportunity to reflect on what we accomplished over the past year and, even more importantly, to look ahead to where we are going during the remaining years of the Strategic Plan.

The Midpoint Addendum introduces four strategic initiatives that build on the progress we have made while responding to new opportunities and challenges before us. They represent areas where we believe Baruch can make meaningful advances in the years ahead: strengthening our institutional capacity while fostering greater collaboration, communication, belonging, and shared ownership across our community.

I look forward to discussing these initiatives with you and hearing your perspectives as we move from planning to implementation. I hope you will join us for an upcoming virtual Town Hall to learn more, ask questions, and share your ideas.
