Nominations Open Now: 2025 Baruch College Excellence Awards

Dear Colleagues,

In only a few weeks, we will recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of our staff and their dedication to the mission of student success at the 2025 Baruch College Employee Recognition Ceremony. This is the College’s opportunity to honor employees who have reached their milestone years of service and to recognize the 2025 Baruch College Excellence Award recipients.

It is my pleasure to announce the call for nominations for the 2025 Baruch College Excellence Awards to recognize outstanding performance by members of the staff.

The awards align with the five values that we as a campus community identified during the 2023-2028 strategic planning process. Specifically, the Excellence Awards categories are:

Collaboration and Connection
Excellence
Impact
Inclusion
Innovation
First Responder Award (Public Safety, Buildings and Grounds, Custodial, Trades, and BCTC employees)

Any member of the Baruch community may submit a nomination. Please click on this link to access the Nomination Form. Please complete your nomination by Tuesday, February 18.

The awards will be announced and formally presented to the recipients at the 2025 Employee Service Recognition Ceremony held Wednesday, March 19. Additional details for the ceremony will follow.

I encourage you to nominate your colleagues for the Baruch College Excellence Awards to recognize all they do each and every day to contribute to student success at Baruch College.
