A Report to the Community: Baruch’s Strategic Plan Progress During Our Second Year

Today, I am pleased to share the accomplishments we have achieved at the completion of the second year of our five-year strategic plan, Together, We Are Unstoppable. This plan is our roadmap to fulfilling our commitment to our students, faculty, and staff and reimagining higher education in response to our rapidly changing world.

The Strategic Plan Year 2 recap report provides a detailed, comprehensive look at our progress across the four pillars of the plan:

    • Maximizing Student Success
    • Promoting Excellence in Research and Teaching
    • Strengthening Our Collaborative Community
    • Optimizing Operations and Infrastructure

In Spring 2026, the midpoint of the plan, we will ask for your help once again to evaluate our progress and determine how we can achieve our goals in a way that is responsive to constant, rapid change.

I appreciate your consistent dedication as we work together to deliver a world-class, affordable education to our students while setting new standards for access and achievement.

    Sincerely,

    S. David Wu
    President, Baruch College
