The Title IX Office has moved operations offsite as a result of COVID-19. Our office remains open and we are committing to providing services to the Baruch community through telephone, email, and other technology. Reports, inquiries, or questions should be directed to Diversity@baruch.cuny.edu.

Baruch is committed to cultivating a culture where students, faculty, staff, administrators, and visitors, are able to learn and work in a safe environment, free from harassment and misconduct. The Title IX office will respond promptly to reports of sexual misconduct, including sexual assault, sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, intimate partner violence, and stalking.
